Hello, everyone! Hope everyone had a good day today. I had a doctor’s appointment this morning because I take Subutex, so I go once a month for them. I’m a recovering addict and I lost everything because of drugs and alcohol. Lately I have slipped with alcohol. It’s so hard to stay sober. I don’t go to enough meetings because they are so far away and the zoom ones, I tend to get distracted by something else and I don’t always listen. I want to stay sober so bad, but it’s like the harder I try to stay sober the stronger the urges get. I drank yesterday. Maybe if I had a better support system, because mine is certainly in jail right now, it wouldn’t be so hard. Everything is so much harder when he’s not around. I miss him so fucking much! I can’t help but to start crying when I think about him anymore. Life is so hard to manage to survive when you have someone by your side helping you, but when they are leaning on you because their 16 year old child, who is on probation by the way, had a temper tantrum because he wasn’t getting what he wanted so he lied to the cops, and the cops believed him over the 3 adults that were there.  The cops threatened to taze him soon as he stepped one foot out the door if he didn’t come off the porch. And I mean they started yelling at him soon as we opened the door at 3am. He tried asking what was going on when they just kept yelling at him, they would taze him and soon as he stepped off the porch, they threw him in cuffs and took him to their car and pulled me aside and started asking me what happened tonight. After I told them the truth, they called his buddy that was there, and he told them what happened. They still took my fiancé to jail. They refused to listen to anyone about the son, who has been acting out and his dad was ready to send him to his mother’s that night because of all the lies and manipulation and calling me and his sister names and refusing to listen to point we were done. We were sending him to my dad’s that night with no phone, no TV no Internet, no nothing as a punishment for the way he was acting and for three hours the son yelled, cussed us, got in his dad’s face, bowed up at him( his son’s  6’2 320lbs and my fiancé is 5’11 180), and then his son hit his dad with the van door three times before it finally came back and hit himself with the door. His son started freaking out screaming and his dad made sure he was okay, and we gave up at that point because it was 1am and we had to get my fiancé’s work partner home, so my fiancé just told his son to go to bed and we took his buddy home. When we got back his ex-wife texted and my fiancé just didn’t want to deal with her mouth, and I sent her a text telling her to just take his son and just please leave he would talk to her in morning and next thing we knew we were getting woke up at 3am by the cops and that’s the last time I was able to touch him. Lord, I miss him so much!! I just got off the phone with him a few minutes ago and I swear the closer it is to him getting out of there, the harder it is for me, and the worse it hurts because it’s getting so much closer to the day he gets out. His release date was October 16, 2024, but he worked for 6-7 weeks before they transferred him to the county he violated his probation in. He settled that violation thanks to a 2k lawyer who knows how to get you what you want out of a deal. Her names Pam, and her office is in Inverness, Fl. Well, I did my first client’s standard cleaning for a landlord that has a few properties in this area that needs work here and there. So, I made my very first client for our business this morning, she wants me to do another job for her Thursday morning and she had me give her a quote for another job that she needs done at a different property. I got done cleaning the 2-bedroom apt with all tile flooring pulled into parking lot, unloaded everything, took all supplies inside, took before pictures, cleaned, took after pictures, loaded car, and was sending pictures to owner in 2 and a half hours. I timed myself and she was impressed because when I told her I was done. Her response was “Already? That was fast. Did you have help?” I was honest with her and told her I told her 2 at most 3 hours and I worked straight through without taking a break. It feels really good to have our first client for our business.
